After acceptance, we will confirm and guarantee your start and finish dates in writing.

3. Installation.

Your new hardware and accessories will be ordered and delivered to your site.
Your certified installers and any specialised equipment are scheduled to begin on an agreed date.
Once the installation is complete, final testing and commissioning of your system is undertaken to ensure there are no faults.
Your equipment is now performing at it’s very best.

4. Handover.

When all installation and commissioning is complete, we’ll take you for a walkthrough inspection of your system,
so you can see the completed works and get an understanding of what the system does and how to use it.
We provide in-depth training as required for your team to ensure you get the most of your investment.
For your reference, we provide documentation, schematics, and user manuals for your system.

5. Service & Support.

To ensure you get the most from your investment, we provide ongoing support including team service and maintenance, team training, remote support, system monitoring.

For your peace of mind, we offer service contracts that can include regular scheduled maintenance, unlimited remote support, and callout fees covered in a convenient monthly subscription.
